Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a quote for a trip?

You can email us your details, complete the form on the request a quote page, or call us at (888) 713-8078 to begin to plan your experience.

Am I obligated to travel with you if you provide me with a quote?

Absolutely not. Our quotes are a sample of what we can offer your group. We will customize the quote to match your criteria; however, if you don’t decide to travel with us this year, there is no commitment on your part to do so before you sign a contract and send us your deposit.

What is your minimum group size?

We generally work with groups of 25 or more travelers. Larger groups help keep the costs of your trip down. The smaller your group, the more expensive transportation and tour director costs will be, as these expenses are affected by the total number of travelers.

What should I keep in mind when I compare prices?

Check all companies’ standard inclusions carefully. We offer many benefits that are not included as standard with other companies. Note the total number of complimentary packages offered; compare costs per person for attractions, meals, hotels, and transportation. If you find a lower cost with another company, let us help you determine what is or is not included in the comparison price.

Can you provide transportation for me?

Superior Travel and Tour can secure transportation for your group, whether you choose to travel by air, ground, or sea!

Does Superior Travel and Tour provide travel insurance?

Superior Travel and Tour encourages all individuals traveling within a group to purchase a travel protection policy. This policy can protect you from cancellation penalties should you need to cancel your trip and even offers a cancel for any reason option. We offer this optional group travel protection policy. Please ask your sales manager for more details.

If I am a parent of a student traveling with Superior Travel and Tour, whom should I contact with questions about the trip?

If your student is traveling with us, someone from your school has been designated as the contact for your group. Usually, this person is a parent from a booster organization or the director of the performing group. Your questions must be directed to that person. We can only discuss the specifics of your trip with the designated planner. This policy helps us keep everyone on the same page and prevents confusion on both ends!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Superior Travel and Tour can accept almost all forms of payment. We accept checks from Booster and school accounts; however, we have the option to offer individual invoicing as well as accept payments from each individual traveler. Ask your sales manager for more details.

Do you book private/individual trips?

Sorry, Superior Travel and Tour is a tour operator. This means we only work with groups of 25 or more travelers.
